Hi Vernon,
could you try removing the HEARTBEAT line from the first entry in
hobbitlaunch.cfg ?
It looks like your hobbitd process is being bounced frequently.
I've seen that happen for no apparent reason when the heartbeat check
has been enabled - on some systems.
