[Xymon] Using XymonPSClient with multiple servers

I have set up 2 Xymon servers (prod and dev) and am trying to test having the PSClient send to both of those servers. In the xymonclient_config file I have both servers listed in the <servers> setting separated by a space (as per the document). The server I am using used to report to the prod Xymon server using BBWin (which is stopped and disabled).

The dev server (listed first in config) is receiving the data properly but the prod server (listed second) does not seem to be receiving any data from the PSClient.

Any ideas?
