[Xymon] Weird email alerts issue

SERVICE and TIME need to go on the same line as HOST

e.g.
HOST=$rcontrol TIME=W:1300:2200 SERVICE=conn DURATION>10
        MAIL $rcontrolpage REPEAT=1h
