[Xymon] How to add Xymon libs exceptions for this Ubuntu 20.20 bummer

Hi,

this is what I have. YAML is whitespace-sensitive - the filename (or 
pattern) must be indented with two spaces, and the list of 
libraries/files ignored indented further two spaces.

And to disable the "libs" test, edit /etc/xymon/clientlaunch.d/libs.cfg 
_on the client_.
