[Xymon] Curl client

Hi,

I have created an alternate xymon binary. It's a shell script that 
accepts the same options but uses curl to upload the data to a https 
server with xymoncgimsg.cgi.

This way you can block port 1984 and have control who send data with a 
username/ password. And the data is encrypted.
We had some external auditors who tried to send bogus messages to 
corrupt our monitor solution :(

This will prevent this because you need a username and password if you 
want to send something. And the data is encrypted.


Anyone interested in the script?
