Did you input the correct User/Group for the web user when you
configured/installed Xymon?

I tried like http://192.168.1.50/xymon/
But
/var/log/httpd/error_log said:

denied: access to /xymon/ denied

I think your trying http://192.168.1.50/xymon
you should be trying http://192.168.1.50/xymon/
