I believe at the time of our need for commercial support, VM Assite Inc.'s service was not available at that time.

Please provide more detail of your Xymon support service.
We went with TWW for their software packaging service but the technical support part
was dropped and it is hard to get the budget back given current economic situation
that every company is facing.
