I'm running bb 1.08d on the window clients.
Can i change form red to yellow on a explicit messages in a log file?

I don't think it's possible. This has to be done on the client-side. bbnt 1.08d is a product from Quest Software and not a part of the hobbitpackage. Logfile monitoring is not yet a part of Hobbit.
