LOL, that is some funny ish...I seriously doubt they'd stick the name of their company in the middle of the date. It's probably referencing they are using Universal EST or something like that.
I've never heard of that, but I'm guessing that the UEST is not because they misspelled Quest.


I would guess that UEST refers to US - EST, as there are different EST zones, relative to UTC time:

Although, I can find references to WEST, AEST, CEST, and even EEST, I don't see much mention of UEST:

Whoever coded that output should probably make it say UTC or GMT...or maybe it pulls it from the systems locale settings and that setting is incorrect.
