[Xymon] disable 'uptime' alerts

Here's the answer that worked for me.
I added the following to my analysis.cfg for the hosts I wanted to stop 
receiving reboot notifications.
*
**UP   bootlimit=-1*

To make this global you would edit your analysis.cfg DEFAULT setting.
