[Xymon] flapping status

hello all,

this was it.. few days ago, i started another xymon server, on another
host, using the same config, with minor changes..
it was also checking my vpn hosts from the internet..
when i stopped this second server, everything started to work ok, on the
first one, no red/flapping, etc..

can someone explain this ?
