[Xymon] BigBrother Client 460 not working with Xymon version 4.3.27

So did thus create a status message? Did that status go purple after 30
minutes?

Restarted the Xymon Server. That is Ok

The first place is look is the ghost clients report. You might need to set
CLIENT:xyz in hosts.cfg.
