[Xymon] Missing etc/tasks.d directory in XyMon 4.3.11

I had found in log-file message just after xymon server start:
 Cannot open directory 
/u01/app/xymon/product/xymon4.3.11/server/etc/tasks.d

It is mentioned in etc/tasks.cfg, but was not created during install:
# Include add-on modules.
directory /u01/app/xymon/product/xymon4.3.11/server/etc/tasks.d

Not a big deal while we do not use add-ons now, but anyway - may it it can 
be fixed in future versions.
