[Xymon] flapping status color

Is it possible to make network tests report "yellow" when flapping occurs?
This would solve a problem I've been having, seems some admins here don't
think flapping is a problem. I disagree, but if I could make it flapping a
"yellow" event I think I could make everybody happy.
