[xymon] Solaris msgs alert not clearing

Yes, I think that is exactly what's happening, but my understanding of how
msgs alerts work is that they are supposed to last for 1/2 hour (by default)
then go away. Having these alerts hang around for hours is _not_ helpful, if
nothing else they mask any new problem messages.
