[hobbit] Problems with Windows Monitoring in Hobbit

You need to drop them. BBWin doesn't support them in Local mode.

On the server:

bb 127.0.0.1 "drop STBAD10201 files"
bb 127.0.0.1 "drop STBAD10201 ports"
bb 127.0.0.1 "drop STBAD10201 timediff"

bb is in $BBHOME/bin.
