[hobbit] External Script installation

Try searching for the module and confirming that the @INC path does
include that directory.

cd /usr/lib
find perl* -name "*Manip*" -print

On my systems (Linux, Centos 4.2), it's
under /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl.
