Can someone please tell me why this first entry in bb-proctab is correctly
monitored: (6 instances are correctly reported)

	tucfep106::mingetty;>=1

where the processes are:

And this one isn't: (1 instance is reported but it reports failure/red - I even
tried specifiying the full path
