[hobbit] Mrtg with Hobbit howto

I cut over from BB to Hobbit without any changes other than getting 
Hobbit to call the script.  It should (key word!) work without any 
changes.  If you're finding it doesn't, send any changes directly to me 
and I'll sort out what's happening.

I've got a some other updates to release soon related to problems with 
running it on Windows.
