[hobbit] Alternate pagesets - Solution.

The BBMENUSKIN variable must be set for including the alternate menu - 
maybee this could be mentioned in the bbgen man page.

For group descriptions to work even with only 1 group on a page, you 
need to specify group number 1 for the description to be picked up.
