Commercial support for Hobbit

It seems that the support at hobbitmon.com <mailto:support at hobbitmon.com>
is not working (I got a "undeliverable" message from our mail-server
several times). So I will resend it over the list.

It's quite a couple of days ago that I asked you regarding the
availibility of commercial support for Hobbit.

 

Recently I re-checked your "Support"-Link
(http://www.hswn.dk/~henrik/support.html) and it seems to me that you
made the decision to provide commercial support.

 

Is this correct? 

 

Can you give us more detailed information about paid support, so that we
can decide wether to use it or not?
