[Xymon] Xymonton mail fixed

Thanks to Bruno Manzoni for pinging me that no email was received when
registering, I discovered that the mail service I was using was not working
any longer.  I've updated to another service and verified that I, at least,
can receive emails.  Password reset emails should work now.
