[Xymon] OK, this is weird VERY persistent red test

Hi Christian,

I used to run devmon but it had a nasty habit of bloating up and becoming unresponsive.
I'm trying to get the native Xymon native SNMP monitor to work.  It's fussy.

And yes, my xymon actually started life as Big Brother back in 2002.  The instance has been around a LONG time and have to do little to it.  Kenneth reminded my about local name 
resolution... It was in my /etc/hosts file.

There is now a note in my $XYMONHOME/etc/hosts.cfg to remind me.
