[Xymon] BBWIN on xymon

Unless there is some reason you can't use Powershell, I would suggest the
Windows Power Shell client instead of bbwin since it is still actively
developed and the developers respond on the mailing list,  You can grab it
from https://sourceforge.net/p/xymon/code/HEAD/tree/sandbox/WinPSClient/.
