Sounds like you're asking about xymondboard:

        xymon  localhost  "xymondboard  color=red,yellow,purple
fields=hostname,testname,color,lastchange"

There are notes on how to use it in the man page for the xymon command:

The lastchange value is seconds since the epoch.
