Hi Phil,
There is no issue with the process. I’ve checked the processes on the server and they are actually running and the Xymon client is running as well. I’ve restarted the xymon client but still it shows purple and sometimes red with purple. This happens intermittently.
Thanks,
Ajay

What is happening on those hosts? Is there an actual issue with a process? The purple means the xymon server isn't getting a response, by default for 30 minutes, I assume from the host's client. Is the client still running?

Hi Team,
I’m intermittently getting purple and red for PROCS column for some of the hosts in Xymon. Could you please let me know the solution for this?
Thanks,
Ajay
