[Xymon] Strange acknowledge alerts issue

Hi,

We have a strange issue whereby some users get a list of all of the alerts when they try to specifically acknowledge just the one. Others like myself only see the correct alert on the acknowledge screen. For the affected users this problem happens whether they are using Chrome or IE. Has anyone come across this problem before or can advise on what might be causing this? As far as I am aware this has only started to happen in the last week or so.
