[Xymon] Summary for remotes in 4.3.19 not working

This is fixed in https://sourceforge.net/p/xymon/code/7621/ and will be in
4.3.20.


A bonus question for the list: Are there any preferences on having the
"Remote Status Display" (summary) section displayed on the nongreen page
as well?
