[Xymon] Xymon home page suggestion

Henrik,

If this is already there I'm not seeing it.  I think it would be beneficial
to have a link under the "Xymon Project" menu that points to the stable
"Changes" folder so folks can see without downloading the latest source
what changes have been committed.

thoughts?
