[Xymon] cpu load

Hi,
the load on linux systems is considered high when it is higher than number
for CPUs seen by the system. The value is a number of processes waiting in
queue to get CPU time (even if it is waiting for disk I/O), not a
utilisation in percentage so 50/55 is too high unless you have a server
with 40-48 CPUs/cores. My default setting is "LOAD 5.0 10.0"  for all
machines with 4 CPUs.
