[Xymon] Possible omission in the ~/client/etc/xymonclient.cfg file?

XYMONCLIENTHOME should be set by the command that starts the
client - the ~xymon/client/runclient.sh script. 

This should only cause
problems if you run stuff "by hand" - i.e. without having xymonlaunch
starting it.
