[Xymon] Warning: Flapping Status

[Cure4All]

How do I completely disable "Flapping Status" on my Xymon 4.3.11?  I have
the following settings on my tasks.cfg, but I'm still seeing "Flapping
Status".  Please help.  Thank you.
