Some of those are already present in a rudimentary form... There's an
unofficial Droid app, and you can enable RSS output which can be picked up
by other systems... but generally speaking, yes there's interface work
needed.
I think it really comes down to sysadmins generally not being the most
awesome Web 3.0 designers :).
Henrik and the community are very responsive to patches...
