[Xymon] Issue with windows server

Hi All ,

I have a windows server being monitored via xymon . The status of the server for the conn parameter says "no such host" . However I am able to ping  to the IP address mentioned in the hosts.cfg .Can you please provide additional clues for troubleshooting . Thanks for your help !!!
