[Xymon] BBWin 0.12 and disk use

Found it - the bbwin client came with an effective local client config
entry for the disks:

<setting name="default" warnlevel="85%" paniclevel="95%" />

This overrides the settings in analysis.cfg on the server. If I just
remove that entry, everything in analysis applies.

many thanks all for helping.
