[Xymon] Hand editing config files

If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Does anyone want to see the configuration methods change?  The only
issue I see is a web front end to edit it would be nice (which I have
with hobbitmontools).  I don't want to SSH in to add a host or change
a test.
