[Xymon] why do you use xymon?

Josh, that really sucks.  If you pass along their details I'll
see if I can help.  Even though I'm no longer with Quest, I don't
like that a user isn't happy with their support.  Feel free to

Of course, that was probably one of the biggest issues we had;
that we never heard about stuff like this when it happened.
