[Xymon] RRD Tool, values with leading zeros

Why do you think the leading zeroes are a problem? I have RRD files with
numbers with the same order of magnitude as 0.0123 (eg conn times of 25ms)
and I see no "NaN" entries most of the time.
Is it possible the RRD file has been setup with a minimum that's larger
than zero?
