[Xymon] Ext tests for storage devices? EMC Celerra, Sun 7310, Data Domain DD-880 , other?)

How different is the Sun7310 to a Sun6540? Is it just a matter of scale
and/or age, or is it a completely different beast?
I put this up on Xymonton some time back -
http://www.xymonton.org/monitors:6540
It checks the 6540 using sscs commands.
If the 7310 responds in a similar way to the same commands, it might be a
good starting point for you.
