[Xymon] Xymon 4.3.0 released

I haven't run the upgrade script myself yet, but there is definitely a build/upgrade430.sh in the tarball I downloaded earlier today.

(The upgrade document is docs/upgrade-to-430.txt, not docs/upgrading-to-430.txt as I originally said.)

Did you download from http://sourceforge.net/projects/xymon/files/Xymon/4.3.0/xymon-4.3.0.tar.gz/download ? Seems unlikely, but maybe you're getting a bad mirror or something...?

So it would appear that another script is missing from the final release as well.

In step 5 from the upgrade document:

~hobbit/server/bin/bbcmd ./build/upgrade430.sh

cannot be performed because the upgrade430.sh script does not exist.

It appears that there is yet some work to be done in the creation of a complete tarball for upgrade purposes.
