[Xymon] &JSHOSTLIST in maint_header

&JSHOSTLIST and lots of other tags like that are replaced with various 
HTML code by the Xymon CGI scripts. This particular tag is replaced with 
a javascript-compatible list of hosts.

What are you trying to do by mixing Xymon web template files with 
non-Xymon utilities ?
