[xymon] monitor a directory size

This is the line from hobbit-clients.cfg that works:
  DIR /u01/app/oracle/diag/tnslsnr/stmmdb2/listener/alert/RED
SIZE<20100100100 TRACK

I don't have a corresponding client-local.cfg due to our environment
