raid-monitor: ext to monitor 3ware, Areca, Adaptec, ... RAIDs published

Hi list,

I've just published a monitoring-extension (raid-monitor for Xymon) to
monitor RAID-sytems. The core of this is in use since a few years on
different linux systems.

It has be polished and modularized to make it easily extensible.
