I'll look into the link on SF.  It should be redirecting you to xymonton.  The Shire was changed to Xymonton over a year ago and has even changed hosting locations 2x :-).

Thanks, it's working. For your information, I'm not able to find this 
link neither on the Xymon Website nor in the documentation.

Maybe redirects could be made from http://theshire.sourceforge.net/ and 
http://www.trantor.org/theshire/ to this new location ?
