I find in many cases that the questions *are* documented, the users just 
haven't read the documentation.

This may be an issue for some aspects of Xymon. However, I would prefer not to 
have exhaustive documentation for things that are already covered in the man 
pages, however an FAQ could point users to the appropriate docs.
