PROC Alerts showing clear

I have set up PROC tests in hobbt-alerts.cfg but the process page is still showing clear with "No process checks defined" as the message. If I check with bbcmd, it seems to be seeing the PROC tests. I do have the default stanza at the bottom of the file. I also tried to add the PROC test to the default stanza with no luck. There doesn't appear to be anything else based on the man pages. Has anyone else seen this issue?
