[hobbit] ack an alert with email or phone

Acknowledging an alert, not alerting people.

I have not seen docs myself, but I have done this for Big Brother... I
imagine the process could be similar. Trouble is, BB comes with an Ack
page for WAP -- Xymon appears not to.

Anyways, for BB, the script was called bb-mailack.sh and the way it
worked was via procmail.
