added a task of this test into the clientlaunch.cfg of the client

e.g.

[vpn]
    ENVFILE $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/etc/hobbitclient.cfg
    CMD $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/ext/vpn.sh
    LOGFILE $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/logs/vpn.log
    INTERVAL 5m
