Issues with graphing

I am having issues with the graphs. I do not have anything on the y axis 
and no titles are present. I have modified the hobbitgraph.cfg and tried 
the on off of the demo site. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help. 
Here is a sample of a CPU graph.
