Alert function wont work!

I would like to set up a hobbit alert,so I wrote in the hobbit-alerts.cfg:

HOST=WS004:81
MAIL im.number.nine at gmail.com SERVICE=http
MAIL my_2nd_email at host.nl SERVICE=http

I know the http is down from that host so i gave it a shot, i saved and
rebooted but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
